The Center is developing and managing the following operations in order to enhance international exchange activities of the university.

1. International Center receives exchange students from overseas partner universities, especially those who are interested in studying International Studies and Korean culture & language, at Chung-Ang University. In addition to the exchange program, International Summer School and International Study Program conducted in English are offered. For international exchange students, various financial supports such as tuition wavers, special scholarships and assistance in administrative services are available.

2. IC establishes and manages international academic cooperation with foreign colleges and universities in order to increase the activities of exchange of students and faculty members to broaden their horizon of learning.

3. The center operates a unique short term Korean culture program during the summer vacations for the international students from partner institutions. The 3-week program contains Korean studies and basic Korean language. It also includes field work in which students can get cultural experience by visiting various cultural sites and participating in traditional musical and dance performances.

4. Support for foreign students coming to Chung-Ang University includes airport pick-up, providing/assisting with suitable accomodations, and coordinating all aspect of campus life.

5. IC also offers exchange and study-abroad programs to Chung-Ang University students and provide all the necessary support and assistance to help them successfully complete their studies abroad.
